22001: Call exceeded maximum time in queue
ERROR
This call has failed because your application is enqueuing calls at a rate faster than they can be dequeued for your account. By default, calls are dequeued at a rate of 1 call per phone number per second. Calls can remain queued for no more than 24 hours. If a call is not dequeued within 24 hours Twilio will return status=failed
for the call.
Please contact your account manager or support if you need to make calls at a faster rate.
