23001: Message Redaction Incompatible Configuration: Long code stop filtering

Message Redaction is enabled for your account.

Twilio is currently handling stop filtering for the long codes in your account. Stop filtering requires Twilio to save non redacted phone numbers of customers who have opted out via a stop message and is incompatible with Phone Number Redaction.

To mitigate this issue your application needs to handle stop filtering. Once you are ready to migrate stop filtering to your application, please reach out to support@twilio.com to disable Twilio's stop filtering for your account.
