23003: Message Redaction Incompatible Configuration: Sticky Sender

Message Redaction is enabled for your account.

Sticky Sender requires Twilio to save the non redacted phone numbers of recipients messaged via this Messaging Service and is incompatible with Phone Number Redaction.

To mitigate this issue your application needs to implement Sticky Sender functionality. Once your application is ready to handle Sticky Sender functionality, you can disable Sticky Sender for this Messaging Service.
