23004: Message Redaction Incompatible Configuration: Advanced Opt Out

Message Redaction is enabled for your account.

Advanced Opt Out requires Twilio to save non redacted phone numbers of customers who have opted out via a stop message and is incompatible with Phone Number Redaction.

To mitigate this issue your application needs to handle stop filtering. Once your application is ready to handle stop filtering, disable Advanced Opt Out for this Messaging Service.
