30133: Link shortening resource conflict

Link shortening resource cannot be updated since the domain name is already associated with another domain sid

There might be a couple of reasons that this is happening.

1. Associated domain resource has been deleted and recreated since the last certificate upload
2. Domain is already used for Link Shortening by another account in your Twilio Organization
3. Transient issue
