Possible Causes

  • An attempt was made to send a broadcast notification that targeted too many recipients.

Possible Solutions

  • Send several notifications that target fewer recipients (e.g. by partitioning your audience using more Segments and Tags).
  • If there is no good way to partition your audience, contact support at help@twilio.com.
