60409: Custom message did not match any template

The message you sent with custom message did not match any of our approved templates. From October 31st of 2021, due to our agreements with the carriers, any custom message that does not match an approved template will be discarded and not sent.

You have changed your custom message and it does not match our approved templates or none of our templates match the provided custom message.

In case you have changed the custom message, please return to the old one and contact support before changing it again. In case have not changed the custom message, please contact support to provide the correct template for you. Note: Consider using templates instead of custom messages, if any template works for you, contact support so we can create it.
