Creating sink failed due to bad configuration

• Sink type can only be Kinesis
• Sink Configuration arn cannot be empty
• Sink Configuration role-arn cannot be empty
• Sink Configuration arn cannot be empty
• Sink Configuration external_id cannot be empty

• Make sure description is not empty
• Try to make sure all the sink configuration values are not empty
• Sink type must be Kinesis
